Ankle boots—especially the oxford pump—were very popular for Fall 2007. After buying the pair above I had numerous friends ask me where I bought them. This post is my attempt at showing where you can buy the best oxford ankle boots from the expensive kind to the more affordable kind like my own.

When these three collections were released in 2006 everyone saw what a huge trend the ankle boot would be for 2007—and I believe they will easily cross over into fall/winter 2008. Me, Myself, and Fashion.
An introduction post is never easy. It's the post where you are supposed to capture your audience, tell them a little about your life and wow them.
I have to admit, I was never a very fashionable girl. I grew up in a little town in Southern Ontario where I lived at the tops of trees, had knee scabs, and ripped jeans. Even in High School I didn't know much about fashion. I watched the other girls in my school and shopped where ever they did. This left me with a closet full of American Eagle and Hollister, neither showing off my peculiar personality.
As I entered University everything began to change. I met new people and started defining who I was. Now, I'm a third year student in Canada. I am studying Music and English Literature hoping to have a career in clarinet performance and possibly journalism.
In this blog I hope to show my love for vintage and thrifting but also for couture fashion and high-end designers. I feel that all of these things can be combined to create a beautiful and affordable wardrobe.
